Participants reports
The abstracts will be divided into oral presentation, posters and virtual participations. The preferred presentation type has to be indicated at the registration form and in the document name. Registered participants have a possibility to present no more than two reports at the Сonference. Moreover, only one report could be oral.
The Organizing Committee retains the option of presentation type and section changing.
Abstract guidelines
The abstract should be written in English and follow the format and style given in this template (please use the present document as the abstract template). The abstract should describe an original and significant scientific investigation and contain enough details in order to allow the reviewers to evaluate the research quality.
The abstract should be submitted in the MS Word format (*.doc or *.docx). Please use the A4 paper size with 2.5 cm left margin, 2 cm margins right, top and bottom. The preferred font is Times New Roman, single spaced font. The abstract including the title, author affiliations, figures (.jpg), diagrams, tables and any references and references should not exceed one page.
Title – Times New Roman, 12 point font, Bold. Please try to use no more than two lines for the title.
Authors – Times New Roman, 11 point font, Normal.
Affiliations – Times New Roman, 9 point font, Italics.
E-mail address of the presenting author - Times New Roman, 9 point font, Normal.
Body of abstract – Times New Roman, 11 point font, Normal.
Figures and Tables – Start with Figure/Table and number in Bold. Type the full Figure/Table title in Italics.
The name of the abstract file should contain the section number (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), presenting author’s surname with initials and type of presentation (oral, poster or virtual). For example, 2IvanovIA_oral.doc or 2IvanovIA_oral.docx (2 - the number of the section in which your presentation is planned)
Abstracts should be submitted online via the registration form.
Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts after the peer review procedure.
Paper publication
Special commission included members of organizing committee and invited specialists will determine and recommend the papers for issuing in «Journal of Thermal Analysis and Calorimetry» (IF 1.78). Papers recommended by organizing committee will be forwarded to journal reviewers. Depending on the number of approved publications the Editorial board of JTAC will publish the special number of issue or special chapter in a regular issue.
The preliminary issue date is January – March 2018.
You should indicate your desire to publish the paper in JTAC inside the registration form.
